A bus driver in England has been suspended for refusing to drive a bus adorned with LGBTQ-pride-themed numbers, a report stated.
The driving force allegedly bought on the bus in Norwich and advised passengers, “this bus promotes homosexuality and I refuse to drive it,” in response to the BBC.
The bus featured rainbow-colored neon letters above the entrance windshield that determine the bus by quantity.
The corporate that operates the bus, Go East Anglia, advised the BBC that the driving force had been suspended after passengers complained and that an investigation was ongoing.
The corporate stated in an announcement that it “prides itself on values that assist range and inclusion and has been a champion of Norwich Delight since 2017.”
“We significantly need all prospects of no matter background or sexual orientation to really feel comfy on our providers,” they added.
